During your consultation, Alex will:

- Review your skin and any previous PMU work
- Recommend the most suitable treatment and technique
- Advise on colour, shape, and style for your features
- Explain the full process, healing, and aftercare
- Answer every question you have — honestly
Consultations can be in person in Christchurch, or by phone if you’re not local.

A patch test is offered at every in-person consultation and is recommended for all new clients. It must be carried out at least 48 hours before your treatment appointment. You may choose to waive it, but Alex always advises having one.
